Does breast feeding mother suffocate baby involuntarily?

I saw through this news article, short and very little detail, this one minute ago says, how a mother, whom you nourished breast 4 weeks old, the baby involuntarily suffocated, while at a flight by Washington D.C to Kuwait.

Do I wonder how often this happens? ICH\'m, that bake my first, as we speak that I am vollst today 27 weeks and I plansändig, as it nursed as it, you as possibly yearn.
