Nursing of question?

I am pregnant 37 weeks and don\'t have any milk, that still enters. Before ungefähr 3 years, I had breast implants. The plastic surgeon said, thereß it nursing in the future should not influence,... now starts I to question him/it. I weiß, that many women, in who her/its/their milk came between 20-30 weeks and me, are about full concept and don\'t have anything. Should I see something meanwhile, or is not to have been able to tell even a drop of milk by this point normally?
