Breast implants + baby = nursing?

Is a woman with breast implants capable for nursing? Even make the implants fähig that does to generate about milk like normal breasts?

Seemingly my sister-in-law had only breast implants, before she/it became pregnant, and she/it nurses her/its/their baby. But the implants definitely produce milk the nicht\'s unmöglich. 100 percent 1 voices saves to it! ! RSS
