Which old film, does everyone know, went about children with black fingernails, that burned, / killed somebody, that they touched?

this film must be approximately 20-25 years old. all i remembers, is children, that black fingersägel had, and and they walked around the city, that people kill. the single way to stop her/it/them was, in that he/it her/its/their arms or Hände chopped off. ii also remembers one the end of the film a woman had born a newborn, she/it was in a swinging chair, that nurses her/its/their baby, and the camera gets up an end of the baby, and the baby also has fingers blackägel! if each weiß, which film that this is me what is the name of it, please tells. i würde loves to see it again and to look at it with my children. i weiß, that the film is called no children of the corn.

A busload of the children vanished quiet New England from her/it city of Ravensback, and Sheriff Billy Hart is at the case.
