I would avoid meal personally, that would make you gassy for only one while for it, so that it doesn\'t cause you any particular pain or the baby. Is proper beyond it somewhat good, you only remember, thereß strong tastes like coffee, cinnamon, garlic is transferred and so on to your breastmilk. Also view to avoid meal, that you noticed, problems gave you through your pregnancy since thats a way, your K sharesörper you something for a baby can with and kann\'t-Griff.
I am no lactose intolerantly, but with both pregnancies, that I have, became intolerant, and son finished to be very allergic to milk products. We place wei auf\'tß still with our daughter.

from Vick Nachdem I my C-Teil had, the hospital gave me a smooth menu in order to order from it. I was hungry & I got, beef or chickens, to eat reserve & jelly. After the first day, although I everything aß.
If you nurse, maybe you want to look at gassy meal. I aß a night with the dinner Meerrettichsoße & my son had badly, pain gass after he/it had worked as a nurse.

The cold water matter... I never has heard from it. I had cold juice & froze tea, & my stomach now is flat. Old women oreählung maybe... not certainly.
