Are pregnant women and quiet mothers, and infants free from fasting during the Ramadan?

Assalaamu Alaikum.
The duty to keep all the Ramadhan-Fasten is called "Farz-e-Muayyan."
If one omits to fast with or without reason during the Ramadhan, the duty is to be kept these as it is called "Farz-e-Ghair-Muaiyyan" after "Qaza."
Pregnancy is a valid reason for it, during the month Ramadhan, not to observe the abstinence.
Suckling mother is a valid reason for it, during the month Ramadhan, not to observe the abstinence.
Once healthy and Qaza is done for missing abstinence because he/it has full recovery.
One cannot keep Ramadhan Qaza during the month.
Fasting is not child under the age of seven years for minors, infant, obligatorily old.
